Walter and I would like to thank you for your assistance in finding the right air conditioner for our condo. You guys were in and out of our home in 4 to 5 hours. We appreciate Charest Heating pulling the permit, providing a quick installation; and most importantly, an efficient air conditioner at less the price than the well-known large retailers. We got price quotes from several large retailers. When we told the other retailers what we wanted to spend for an air conditioner they gave a sarcastic look that said, you must be kidding. We were even told by one representative that we could not get an air conditioner for what we wanted to pay. We called and discussed with Charest Heating the type of unit that we required for our home. Mike came out and gave a free estimate and then recommended what we should be spending. Your price was better than the cost that we thought we should spend. Also, thanks for taking the time in providing additional insight as to how we should run our furnace for maximum efficiency.
